Many players and coaches outside the professional atmosphere, appreciate the impact that proper conditioning can make to improve soccer skills. You could be a great player but without proper training and nutrition, your skills maybe lessen.
#1 - Remember skills could be limited by a player physical capacity. On the other hand, players with less technical capacity could be more effective in field.
#2 - There is no substitute for correct technique. But the greater a player's soccer-specific fitness, the higher the level they can apply what skill they do have.
Youth coaching is always controversial. Why? because the formative years ought to be about skill and technical development right? But where is fitness? Many coaches leave it behind.
But how many coaches (or parents) really understand the unique physiological needs of children and adolescents? They are not mini-adults, frequently, many soccer training books are made for adults or adolescents over 17.
#3 - Many coaches avoid a training plan for junior players. If you have kids or adolescents on your team, consider having one as important as having a technique plan. Why? because many excel adult athletes had a fitness training program in childhood.
#4 - Nutrition is also important in developing better skills over time. This matter must be balanced with fitness and technique.
#5 - Stress in kids and adolescents exist also out of the field, try to keep them focused and entertained while learning new skills.
Coaching is one of the most difficult professions in life but also one of the most rewarding ones! http://soccerfootblog.blogspot.com

Tips - Improve Your Soccer Coaching
This days, modern soccer players kick the ball harder than before, they are more rude. But rudeness is not sufficient, you need technique so you can score goals and your range of passing will be greater.
Here's the technique...
Just before taking off to do your shot, try performing a standing jump now, before you take off, there is a natural inclination to dip down slightly by bending the knees. This countermovement makes the jump more powerful. The more rapid the countermovement, the more power you generate.
If you still in doubt, try this:
Stand with your feet at the same width apart as your shoulders.
Now bend your knees slowly, and from this position jump as high as possible.
Next, repeat this exercise but dip down a little bit and rapidly.
As you can prove your jumping height increases due to the rapid countermovementyou made.
Now, lets analize the leg movements, as in shooting, your standing foot is alongside the ball, meanwhile your kicking leg is extended behind you, and your knee also flex so that your foot is pulled in towards your backside. The more you bend your knee and closer to your backside the more pwerful your kick will be.
Putting This Technique Into Practice by Phil Davies.
Practice shooting and kicking harder by first consciously bending your kicking knee to a greater extent. As your kicking leg naturally extends behind you just before a strike, try to feel your knee bend bringing your heel closer towards your back side. Just get used to the feeling before you start trying to strike the ball with 100% effort. It's important to gradually build up.
Once that feels a little more comfortable, focus on making the transition from your knee bending to extending as quickly as possible. In other words, a very slow transition would involve you hold you knee in a fully bent position for a few seconds before extending it to strike the ball. You want the opposite of that. As soon as you feel your knee is fully flexed, extend it rapidly to strike the ball.
Once you have mastered this technique, you can then focus on extending your leg from the hip as quickly as possible. Again, it's the transition (that split second point where the leg goes from moving behind you to in front of you) that is important and a conscious intent to make this faster is all that is needed.

Cesc Fabregas, the little great rescuer of the game. He shows not only to be a great player but also a winner.
In minute 92 Fabregas scores for tying the game 1-1; for Sunderland it was a very hard blow, Leadbitter opened the scoring in the 85th minute, it was a poignant moment for the team because the ashes of Leadbitter’s father are buried in the Stadium of Light.
On the other hand, coach Arsène Wenger said: “We had possession but we lacked sharpness”. They defended very well thry were happy with the 0-0 result but they almost win the game, i cannot say it is a fair result it is only a result. Some may say that Arsenal boys where tired because of their previous match in the Campions League, some other could say that coach should have made some tactical changes 20 or 15 min before tha end of match, but the result is there already.
Gunners have not been stable, last match they lost in Emirates Stadium against Hull and before that they won 4-0 to the Porto! wow that’s weird.
